Accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform and/or completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and adhered to the following terms and conditions.

The Contract

All individuals wishing to make a reservation have carefully read and understood the following Terms and Conditions.

1. By making a reservation with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named in the reservation, including minors and disabled individuals, to be bound by these present Terms and Conditions.

2.The reservation requires a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in cash (euros) or by Credit Card directly to the skipper.

3. A reservation is accepted and becomes final only from the date our Company sends a confirmation email (travel voucher) which must be presented to the responsible skipper of the service and entitles the user to avail of the service. Revo Charter also reserves the right to propose, via email, alternative solutions or any changes.

4. The customer, upon receiving confirmation of the tour/excursion/transfer, verifies its content and reports any discrepancies via email to info@revocharter.com within the following 48 hours.

5.These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client regarding the subject matter and constitute a binding agreement.

6. In any case, the customer will be granted the rights under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).

Extra Services

The snorkeling kit includes mask and snorkel, to be reported child or adult size.
Price is intended at 'purchase.
The seascooter will be delivered at full charge and will be available until the battery runs out.
Price is intended per rental
Prosecco will be a premium quality brut, it is possible to arrange with the desired brand.
The photo shoot is one hour long, it will be done at the beginning of the tour in the vicinity of the port of embarkation (for shooting in a specific area such as stacks make request via email).
Once finished, the photographer will be disembarked and the tour will begin.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:

Up to 14 days before the scheduled tour date, cancellation is free, and the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid up to that point.

Cancellation with Penalty:

From the 14th to the 5th day before the scheduled tour date, in case the customer decides to cancel the reservation, they will lose the deposit paid at the time of booking.

Late Cancellation:

Less than 5 days before the scheduled tour date, in case the customer decides to cancel the reservation, they will be required to pay a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost of the tour.

Cancellation due to Bad Weather:

In the event that our team of expert captains and charter managers deems that weather conditions are dangerous for navigation and jeopardize the safety of the crew and passengers, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid or may choose to reschedule the date subject to availability.

Please note that, in case of cancellation due to bad weather, it is solely up to our team to decide whether conditions allow for the outing or not. Your safety is our top priority.
